What retirement plans & services can CORBCO® assist my company with?

CORBCO® retirement plan  services include Retirement Vendor Market Research, Employee Educational Enrollment and Re-enrollment, Ongoing Plan Administration and Record Keeping for 401(k), Profit-Sharing, money purchase, defined benefit plans, ESOPS, non-qualified plans, etc.

There is so much research to be done in finding a new retirement plan - where will we find the time to do this research and make sure we are in compliance with the rules and regulations required for the plan we choose?

That's where CORBCO® comes in! We can assist you in researching the retirement plan market and in maintaining compliance with current qualified plan rules and regulations. We provide each employer with a "dedicated retirement benefits consultant" to review, analyze and organize current or potential retirement plans.

Our company already has a retirement plan in place, but we're not sure if it's the right one for us.  Can CORBCO® help?

Yes! CORBCO® can act as a retirement plan consultant for those companies interested in an objective analysis of their current retirement plans.

How much initial time will CORBCO® invest with my company to help me decide what is best?

CORBCO ® will invest a couple of hours with a prospective client in fact-finding meetings and educational sessions to best determine how we can put out retirement plan consulting services to work for our client's business needs.

Group Benefits

Is my company too small to work with CORBCO® regarding group benefits?

CORBCO® works with most companies, regardless of size. Technology and emerging market companies are generally the "small" group size.  We ensure that the group benefit plans provided match the needs of our clients and their employees, from start-up firms to large, thousand-employee corporations.

Does CORBCO®  represent the benefit provider or the client?

The CORBCO® commitment is to represent our client and therefore be completely independent of any insurance, investment, or related benefits provider.

Can you give me some examples of the group benefit plans you administer?
